Safety Comes First

At Adventurerama, we want every guest to have an amazing time while staying safe. Our activities are designed for fun, challenge and adventure, but they do require care, awareness and respect for others.

Please read and follow the safety rules below before taking part in any activity. These rules apply across Adventurerama, including Jumperama, Junglerama, Cyberpunk Ninja, Clip ’N Climb and Hutt Indoor Sports.

General Safety Rules

These rules apply throughout Adventurerama and all activity areas.

All guests must follow staff instructions, safety rules and displayed signage at all times.

Use all equipment safely, responsibly and only for its intended purpose.

Children must be supervised by a parent, caregiver or responsible adult where required.

No running through walkways, reception areas, party rooms or shared spaces.

No rough play, pushing, tackling, wrestling, reckless behaviour or unsafe interference with others.

No food, drinks or chewing gum are allowed inside activity areas.

Do not participate if you are injured, unwell, pregnant where restricted, or affected by alcohol or drugs.

Report hazards, unsafe behaviour, equipment concerns, spills or injuries to staff immediately.

Jumperama Logo Jumperama Safety Rules

Jumperama is an active trampoline environment. Please jump safely, be aware of others and stay within your own ability.

  • Guests must follow staff instructions and safety rules at all times.
  • Guests must listen to the safety briefing before their session begins.
  • Jumperama socks must be worn while using the trampoline areas.
  • Only jump within your own ability and comfort level.
  • No pushing, rough play, wrestling, double bouncing or unsafe tricks.
  • Be aware of other jumpers before moving, landing or changing direction.
  • Do not sit, lie down or rest on trampolines while others are jumping.
  • No food, drinks or chewing gum are allowed in the trampoline areas.
  • Children aged four and under require adult supervision.
  • Guests who are injured, unwell or recently had an infectious illness should not participate.
  • Party guests may bring birthday cake only. Outside food is not permitted unless approved.
  • Water bottles may be brought for party guests.
  • Messy or unsafe party items such as pinatas, party poppers, face paint, popcorn and lollipops should not be brought in.
  • Please report hazards, injuries or anything that needs attention to staff immediately.
Junglerama Logo Junglerama Safety Rules

Junglerama is designed for safe indoor play. Children must be supervised and all guests must use the play equipment safely.

  • Socks must be worn at all times in Junglerama.
  • Shoes are not permitted inside the play area.
  • Children must be supervised by a parent, caregiver or responsible adult.
  • One supervising adult is required for Junglerama parties.
  • Junglerama parties cater for children under 14 years old.
  • Morning party times are recommended for children under four.
  • No food, drinks, sharp objects or unsafe items are allowed inside the play area.
  • No rough play, pushing, wrestling or unsafe climbing.
  • Slides, tunnels, nets and play equipment must be used safely and correctly.
  • Children should be considerate of younger or smaller guests.
  • Extra guests may not be allowed if the session has reached capacity.
  • Party areas are available for one hour per party.
  • All decorations must be removed when leaving the party area.
  • Messy or unsafe party items such as pinatas, party poppers, face paint, popcorn and lollipops should not be brought in.
  • Please report hazards, spills, injuries or anything that needs attention to staff.
Cyberpunk Ninja Logo Cyberpunk Ninja Safety Rules

Cyberpunk Ninja is an obstacle-based activity. Please complete obstacles carefully, wait your turn and stay within your own ability.

  • Participants must have a valid session wristband before entering the arena.
  • Participants must listen to the safety briefing before taking part.
  • Participants must be at least 8 years old and meet the minimum weight requirement of 20kg.
  • Maximum weight for High-ropes and aircoaster is 90kg
  • Maximum weight forcyberpunk general area is 110kg.
  • Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is present during the session.
  • Parents and guardians remain responsible for their child’s welfare at all times.
  • Adventurerama grip socks must be worn at all times in the arena.
  • Long hair must be tied back before entering the arena.
  • Eyewear must be secure.
  • No jewellery is to be worn in the arena.
  • No skirts, dresses, jandals, sandals or high heels are to be worn while participating.
  • Wait until the person in front has cleared the obstacle before starting.
  • No pushing, racing closely behind others or interfering with another guest on the course.
  • Move out of landing or fall areas as quickly and safely as possible.
  • No eating, chewing gum or drinking in the arena.
  • Do not participate if pregnant, wearing a cast, injured, recently had surgery or affected by a medical condition.
  • Cyberpunk Ninja is not recommended for guests with neck, back or heart problems.
  • Do not participate after consuming alcohol or while under the influence of drugs.
  • No offensive, reckless, careless or threatening behaviour toward customers or staff.
  • Management may refuse entry or remove access where a guest is unsafe, non-compliant or a danger to themselves, staff or others.
Clip N Climb Logo Clip ’N Climb Safety Rules

Clip ’N Climb uses harnesses, auto belays and climbing walls. All climbers must follow the safety briefing and staff instructions.

  • Participants must have the correct session wristband before using the equipment.
  • All climbers must attend the introduction and safety briefing before every session.
  • Climbers must be at least 4 years old.
  • Climers must be under the maximum weight of 150kg. Pleaser don't be offended if a staff member asks to check your weight.
  • Climbers must meet the minimum weight requirement of 10kg.
  • Climbers must fit safely in a harness.
  • Children aged 14 and under must have a parent or guardian present at Clip ’N Climb Hutt Park.
  • Preschool-aged children must be actively supervised and accompanied by an adult caregiver aged 16 or over.
  • Climbers must wear a Clip ’N Climb harness at all times inside the climbing arena.
  • Harnesses must be checked before climbing.
  • Climbers must always be clipped to the auto belay before climbing.
  • Climbers aged 13 and under must have their belay line connection checked by an adult every time before climbing.
  • Only one climber is allowed per wall.
  • Do not climb underneath another climber.
  • Do not hold onto or pull down on the safety rope while climbing.
  • Always descend in a controlled manner.
  • Do not bounce out from the wall during descent.
  • Soft-sole sports shoes are required.
  • No sandals, jandals, crocs, flip-flops or open-toe shoes are allowed.
  • No jewellery is to be worn while climbing.
  • Eyeglasses must be secure and long hair must be tied back.
  • No chewing gum, food or drinks are allowed in the climbing arena.
  • No running, jumping or pushing in the climbing arena.
  • Guests should not participate if pregnant, wearing a cast or affected by a medical condition.
  • If you go to the toilet, you must remove your harness and have it rechecked by staff before climbing again.
  • Please tell staff if you have concerns about equipment or another climber’s behaviour.
Hutt Indoor Sports Logo Hutt Indoor Sports Safety Rules

Hutt Indoor Sports provides indoor sports, games and group activities. Please play fairly, respect others and report any hazards.

  • Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for indoor sport.
  • Players must play fair, follow the rules and respect staff, umpires, referees and other players.
  • No dangerous play, aggressive contact, reckless behaviour or unsafe tackling.
  • Stay within the correct court or playing area.
  • Keep walkways, courts and entrances clear of bags, drink bottles and personal items.
  • Report injuries, spills, hazards or unsafe behaviour to staff immediately.
  • One supervising adult is required for birthday parties.
  • Party groups receive sports fun and games with staff support.
  • Equipment, setup, clean-up and umpires are provided for parties.
  • Parents may get involved, but the focus should remain on children having safe and enjoyable fun.
  • First aid is available onsite.
  • No food is to be brought into the premises apart from birthday cakes for birthday bookings.
  • Water bottles may be brought for party guests.
  • Menus can be altered by prior arrangement for children with special needs.
  • Messy or unsafe items such as pinatas, party poppers, face paint, popcorn and lollipops should not be brought in.
  • Please confirm guest numbers two days before your party.

By entering and using our activity areas, you accept that physical activities involve some risk. Please take care, follow the rules, listen to staff and choose activities that are suitable for your ability.

If you are unsure about anything, please speak to one of our team members before taking part.
